What Is It?

A set of practices or ‘tools’ that you can use quickly and easily whenever and wherever needed to help you to relieve stress and anxiety; to help you relax and focus, improve your concentration and decision-making; and can even help you to improve your sleep, digestion, and so much more!

How long does it take to learn?

As little as one hour! To help you gain a deeper understanding after starting to use the tools, we are delighted to arrange follow-up sessions.

Medical science has proven the negative effects that stress and anxiety have on our health and well-being. For example: if we are tense, the body responds by tensing up. When this happens, we do not breathe fully, which reduces the amount of oxygen we take in. When the brain isn’t fully oxygenated, our thinking is not at its best. So by using a simple relaxation exercise and a breath tool, all this can be improved.

Life is speeding up, with so much being asked of all of us. When we feel rushed, mistakes are more likely, costing more time and energy when we can least afford it! So by learning simple ways to maintain or restore your peace ~ including the practical reasoning behind the tools to give you the full picture of what is happening and why, and how the tools can help ~ you can change this!
